Hazelcourt

St Brides
Main Species: Whiting and cod in autumn and winter, other species
in summer.
Location: West of the mouth of the River Ebbw, Newport.
Directions: Follow the B4239 coast road from Newport towards Cardiff.
The sea wall is reached from the Lighthouse pub car park or at the end of Outfall
Lane, a few miles down the road.
Porthcawl Harbour Breakwater
Main Species: Dogfish, rays, conger, huss, bass, smoothhound,
pout, rockling, mullet, wrasse, pollack, flatfish, cod, whiting.
Location: Porthcawl, Wales.
Directions: Exit the M4 at Junction 37 and follow the A4229 signs
for four miles to Porthcawl and the harbour.
